Sober Coaching

Sober Coaching is an effective tool for both the family and the alcoholic/addict after completing treatment and attempting to reintegrate back into society. We offer both “work day” hours and full day hours (24 hour periods”) and we always stick with Gender specific roles. Males with Males, and females with females. A sober coach is someone to essentially do life with upon returning home. The earliest stages of recovery are often the most difficult and the common everyday stressors of life can be enough to trigger a newly sober person to relapse. We are there to help them cope and make good decisions. We become a companion, and really more of a friend. We can assist with daily life functions like paying bills, walking your dog with you, hey, we can even go to the movies. What ever you like to do, or used to like to do, we like that too. We just want to be there every step of the way and help you find your passion again. We will attend meetings with you, church, even court dates when applicable and speak up on your behalf. Addiction is a chronic brain issue, and may take years to overcome. We will be there with you every step of the way. We often times become on the spot counselors- which we are credentialed at (NCFRC) to help process, face, handle, and deal with life as it comes your way. We can be with you or your person as little or as much as you need us to be. Perhaps you just need us to take you around town, and introduce you to some local self help groups, or show you where the people in recovery are likely to hang out. Maybe you just need a friend. We all do, and maybe you just need someone to show you how to have fun! We can do that too.
